Every case is printed when you order it. It ships within 1–3 days, Monday to Saturday, with tracking.

After that, delivery takes 2–5 business days to the US and up to 10 business days within Canada. Each product page shows an estimated delivery date before you buy. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

Because each case is printed for your exact phone, we can’t take change-of-mind returns. If anything is wrong with what we sent (a print fault, a defect, damage in transit, or the wrong item), we replace it free. If you’d rather have a refund, ask within 30 days of delivery.

If your case has a print fault or a manufacturing defect, such as peeling, cracking or a print that lifts, email us a photo and we’ll send a free replacement. A refund instead is available within 30 days of delivery.

Received the wrong model? If we sent a different model from the one you ordered, send us a photo of the case and a screenshot of your phone’s model number and we’ll replace it.

When your case ships you’ll get an email with a tracking number and link. If you have an account, tracking is also under My Account › Orders. It can take up to 24 hours for the first scan to show.

Email flipsidecases@gmail.com with your order number if you have one. We reply between 8am and 11pm Eastern Time, usually within the hour.

Email us within 2 hours of ordering with your order number and the correct address. If your case hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll fix it. Once a parcel is with the carrier we can’t redirect it.

Shipping is free to Canada, the US and the UK. We ship to most other countries too, and the cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Cases ship from the US, so orders outside the US may be charged import duty or tax by your country.
