Total Delivery Time
- Within the US: Most orders arrive within 5 business days.

Process:
Production Process
We start production as soon as your order is received. If you place an order in the evening (Eastern Standard Time), production begins early the next morning. You’ll receive an email update when your case enters production.
- Typical Timeline: Production is usually completed within 24 hours but may take up to 48 hours during peak periods.
Pre-Shipping Stage
After printing, your case undergoes a thorough inspection by our Quality Control team. Once approved, it is carefully packaged and queued for shipping. This step generally takes a few hours to a day, depending on the completion time.
Shipping
When your case is shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number to monitor its progress. Delivery times vary by location:
- Within the US: Typically 4–5 days.
- Outside the Contiguous US: Generally 10–15 days, though delivery is often faster.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges if the product shows defects or the quality is not sufficient.
Yes! We are industry leading with a Lifetime Warranty on all our phone cases.
Flipside offers a lifetime warranty with the purchase of any product currently offered by Flipside. “Lifetime” is described as the life of the product in relation to Flipside’s product catalog (i.e., product must still be offered by Flipside). To be eligible for the warranty, the customer must:
- Show that the product has been damaged through normal wear and tear.
- Have purchased the correct product for the correct device.
- Ensure that the identical product is still sold by Flipside
This warranty will only cover the replacement of the product – no refunds will be given. The replacement must be the same SKU, finish, and have the same design. Please contact us for details.
As soon as you place your order, we’ll begin production right away (or the next morning if your order is placed after 5 PM EST). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and URL to monitor its progress. We’ll also stay actively involved, checking on your order to ensure it arrives on time.

Yes, we ship to all countries!
We offer cases for all Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel devices, with a few minor exceptions. All our designs are available on every device. If you have any questions please reach out to us.
